Year-round care for the computers, servers and network your office runs on. Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, Windows patching, Microsoft and third-party patch management, and a monthly network health review are all included.

Work outside the plan is billed at a reduced hourly rate.
Fully Managed IT
Everything in Proactive Managed IT, plus the labour. Support, updates, the yearly software installs and the season prep are covered by the monthly fee, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Antivirus and security, VoIP handset maintenance and on-site or remote labour during business hours are all included. Cloud backup includes 1 TB per server and 120 GB per workstation.

On Demand IT Support (A La Carte)
No monthly fee per device. You call us when you need us and we bill by the hour, on site or remote.
Business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm: $125 an hour on site, $100 remote. After hours, overnight and holiday rates are higher and are listed in your agreement.
Antivirus and security is $14 per device per month. Cloud backup is $0.15 per GB. Monitoring, preventive maintenance, patching and network reviews are quoted on request or billed at the standard hourly rate.
