Most of what you will ever need from us is in one place. This is a plain walk through each section of the client area so you know where to go before you need it.

Dashboard

The landing page after you log in. It shows anything that needs your attention right now: unpaid invoices, services approaching renewal, and open support tickets awaiting your reply. If the dashboard is clear, nothing is waiting on you.

Services

Every active product on your account, with its status, next due date and recurring amount. Clicking a service opens its management page, where you will find login details, usage figures where applicable, and the upgrade or cancellation options available for that product.

A service in Active status is running normally. Pending means the order is placed but provisioning is not finished. Suspended means access is blocked, most often for a past-due invoice. Terminated means the service has been removed.

Domains

Domains registered or managed through us, with expiry dates, registrar lock status, nameservers and WHOIS privacy settings. Domains you registered elsewhere will not appear here even if the website they point to is hosted with us.

Billing

Invoices, quotes, payment methods and account credit. Invoices are kept indefinitely, so this is where to go at tax time rather than searching your inbox.

Support

Tickets, both open and closed, and this knowledgebase. Ticket history is permanent, which makes it a useful record of what was changed on your systems and when.

Your account menu

Under your name in the top right you will find:

  • Edit Account Details – your name, company, address and phone number. This is what appears on invoices.
  • Contacts – additional people who can receive email or log in. See the article on sub-accounts before adding anyone.
  • Security Settings – password change and two-factor authentication.
  • Email History – every message we have sent your account. If you believe you missed a notice, check here first; it will show whether it was sent and when.

One habit worth forming

Check Email History before assuming a message was never sent. It resolves the majority of "I never received the renewal notice" questions in under a minute, and if the message is listed but never arrived, that tells us the problem is mail delivery rather than billing.

If something in the portal does not behave the way this article describes, open a ticket and tell us which page you were on.
