Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything we provide or manage for you: hosting and email accounts, websites, domain names, managed computers and networks, and remote-support tools. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Not allowed
- Anything illegal, or helping others break the law.
- Malware, phishing, fake login pages, scams, or fraud.
- Spam: sending bulk email that people did not ask for, or using bought or rented mailing lists.
- Content or software that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights (for example pirated software, music or video).
- Sexually explicit content, or content that threatens, harasses or promotes violence or hate against people.
- Trying to break into systems or accounts, scanning networks you don't own, or attacking any network or service (for example flooding or mail bombing).
- Selling or sharing your hosting, email or remote-support access with others without our written OK.
2. Fair use of shared resources
Hosting servers are shared. Don't run processes that overload the processor, memory or disk, keep long-running background programs without our approval, or use hosting as file storage or backup space for other systems. If your account slows down other customers, we may limit it and suggest a larger plan.
3. Security is shared
Keep your passwords strong and private, keep website software (themes, plugins) updated if you manage it yourself, and tell us right away about any suspected compromise. Don't turn off or remove security tools we install on managed devices without asking us.
4. Domain names
Don't register or use domain names that infringe someone else's rights, and keep the owner's contact details accurate. More details are in the Domain Registration Agreement.
5. Reporting abuse
If you see misuse of our services or a security problem, write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We review every report.
6. What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove the content, suspend the service, or end it without refund. Serious abuse may be stopped immediately. We cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it.
